Hollis-Eden to Raise $10 Million - World Leader in Immune

Hollis-Eden Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: HEPH) has entered into a subscription agreement
to raise $10.0 million through the sale of common stock and warrants. Although just one institutional investor was sited,
the name of the investor was not disclosed.
Hollis-Eden focuses its attention on investigational drugs called
immune regulating hormones (IRHs). The drug therapy, through the control of gene expression, controls the production of critical
cytokines and enzymes.
