AGREEMENTS 2004
Texas Instruments Sensors and Controls Business Unit entered into an agreement whereby MEMSIC's
thermal sensor would be made available to the automotive market through Texas Instrumentrs. The two companies, as part of
the agreement, planned to work work together to develop new automotive products. These products, as part of the agreement,
are to be manufactured by MEMSIC exclusively for Texas Instruments.

MANUFACTURING
MEMSIC's factory in China, 43,000 square feet, has the capacity to produce 3 million MEMS devices
per month. The facility employs 150 and has been scheduled to employ 300 in 2005. The facility was built with an investment
of $3 million.
