Greenwind Enters into Funding Agreement with Asset Logics

Greenwind Power Corp. USA (PINK SHEETS:GWDP) and Greenwind Power Corp. have entered into a funding agreement with Asset Logics WindDynamics Inc. (AWLD) The agreement relates to $775,000 of funding for the development of wind energy projects in Alberta, Canada. As well, AWLD has also agreed to help obtain $40 million for the further development of Greenwind’s wind energy projects. Greenwind is presently involved in wind energy projects that have the potential to produce 600 megawatts of wind energy.
