OLEDs shuɗi na tsawon rai suna samun babban ci gaba

Jami'ar Gyeongsang kwanan nan ta sanar da cewa Farfesa Yun-Hee Kimof na Sashen Kimiyyar Kimiyya a Jami'ar Gyeongsang ya yi nasarar cimma manyan na'urori masu fitar da haske na shuɗi (OLEDs) tare da kwanciyar hankali ta hanyar binciken haɗin gwiwa tare da ƙungiyar bincike na Farfesa Kwon Hyuk a Jami'ar Gyeonghee.

Wannan binciken ya fara ne daga gaskiyar cewa phosphorescent dopant kayan yana ɗaure zuwa ƙarfe masu nauyi kamar platinum, kuma ya ƙare da cewa ana iya inganta zaman lafiyar kayan luminescent sosai dangane da kasancewar rashin abubuwan maye da aka gabatar a takamaiman matsayi. Ta wannan hanyar, ƙungiyar binciken ta ba da shawarar dabarar ƙirar kayan abu wacce ke shawo kan matsalar kwanciyar hankali na na'urori masu fitar da hasken shuɗi yayin samar da inganci mai inganci, tsawon rayuwa da tsaftar launi.
