November 20 – According to National Business Daily, forecasts suggest that the shipment volume of organic light-emitting diode (OLED) panels for information technology (IT) applications – including tablets, laptops, and monitors – will more than double in four years.

OLED panels for IT devices such as tablets, laptops, and monitors are poised to enter a phase of structural growth over the next four years. Market research firm UBI Research predicts that the global shipment volume of OLED panels for IT use will rise from 24 million units this year to 53 million units by 2029.
